Question No HDMI signal when starting the PC ?

So when I turn on my PC....the monitor screen keeps going black but my PC running fine...sometimes I need to restart like 2-3 times and finally my monitor works.
I changed the HDMI cable but still have this problem. I use HDMI port from GPU...any idea what is the cause of the problem?

But when the monitor show the screen when I turn on my PC...it won't go black screen..the problem is only at the beginning.
