No internet access when downloading windows 10

So as of the last few months i have been having this issue where when i download, my ethernet connection will change to "no network access". This makes it increasingly difficult to download anything. Though this only seems to happen on any platform apart from chrome and utorrent.

Did you install the proper ethernet drivers for your computer, or did you just use whatever windows defaulted to using?

it only happens with chrome ... and utorrent
well first solution is easy, stop using chrome

the issue is utorrent, it maybe your isp vetting your activity, since chrome acts like utorrent when it initially fetches client data, the 2 of them maybe seen as simply file sharing. (chrome prefetches all the links so it loads the next page instantly, much like a torrent client prefetching a data table of files to download).

if this sounds like you, then thats whats happening. - to check to see if this is a valid conclusion, download a free vpn ... use the vpn and see if you can download with chrome and utorrent ... if you can, its your isp.

I have the proper drivers. Its for the e2200 killer network

No its anything BUT chrome and utorrent
