No internet connection

Hello,
There are 3 laptops in this home.
Mine is now the only one that will not connect to the internet for the last 3 days. Reconnedted the router, checked the motem, and connected it directly, and it wont access the internet. Tried all we know, and still no answer. Can you please help? Thanks

So you connected the cable and also nothing ?
Then maybe a/v is blocking network traffic- Check its settings-

You've probably checked this but modem and router are both powered up and connected yes?
ethernet isn't disabled in device manager?
