Question Replaced my SSD now my pc is making a popping/cracking noise.

I replaced my SSD with a new one, however, after putting everything back together it started making this popping/cracking noise. It happens maybe once every one to two minutes but doesn’t affect performance. It sounds like it’s coming from the GPU or the area around it on the mobo. I’ve taken the panels off, checked the fans and reseated the GPU like fives times but it’s still happening and it’s driving me nuts.
It happens around the 0:10 second mark.

I could not hear any noise.

The 9 second mark has the click. I don't know what it is but it sounds like a relay click when it gets power like in a car.

Did some more digging, it’s not the GPU or PSU
