Internet works for about 20 minutes and this it says connected, no internet. I used a USB Wi-Fi adapter. Tried all drivers and I wasn't able to solve it, so I thought it was broken.

Yesterday I built a new PC which has on board Wi-Fi on the mobo. But still that connected, no internet issue exist maybe even worse now, happens once in around 5 minutes now. I have the latest drivers installed.

The router is fine at least as far as i can say, my phone has zero problems with Wi-Fi on this network. I wonder if some setting on Windows PCs are clashing with the router.

I tried flushing dns, release and renew commands but it didnt solved. The troubleshooter identifies some gateway closed problem and fixes it successfully but moments later, connected no internet again and the troubleshooter identifies same error again.

Specs: R5 3600, MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon Ac (on board wifi)

Solution
in the past i saw these types of issues when windows tried to control the wifi along with the 3rd party software that usually installs with the wifi adapter.

if you have a 3rd party software also installed, check and see if you have both the windows wifi service and the 3rd party one running at the same time. if so, pick one and disable the other. not always the problem, but i've seen it often enough to check that near the top of the list.

Make and model modem and router?

It appears per "ipconfig /all" that only one network adapter (Intel, wireless) is - as it should be - enabled.

Does your ISP offer IPv6? If not disable IPv6 just as a matter of elimination.

The router's logs (if available and enabled) may provide some insight as to what is happening.

Who has full admin rights to the router?

You will need help from that person.

Its a Huawei B310s-925
I'm not sure nor was I able to find out if my ISP offers IPv6 but I tried disabling it for luck, maybe not it ways no internet after a slightly longer time than before. (now no internet every 15mins or so)

I tried downloading logs but they were just a blank document.
I've the admin rights

And I noticed something interesting, my phone allows me to mirror mu Wi-Fi as a mobile hotspot, and upon connected to this, now my Wi-Fi works flawless, so I aassume there's some setting clashing whtasoever.
