Question No Internet on University Accom Wifi

I've had no issues with my uni accoms wifi until yesterday. I can still connect to the private glide network but I don't actually get wifi. There is a public network my PC picks up that I can connect to and it works fine but I'd rather be able to connect to the private one. My phone and other devices can still access the private glide wifi. A troubleshoot says that there is no valid IP configuration. My PC uses windows 10. Any help would be much appreciated.

Contact the University's IT support team.

Or whoever manages that private glide wifi network.

They are the only ones who can grant or otherwise provide access to that private network.
