No juice ???

I assembled a AMD T-bird 1.4 boxed CPU with 512MB of DDR RAM on SOYO Dragon motherboard in ANTEC 300W full tower case with 3 cooling fans. I also mounted a DVD-ROM and 40 Gig Western Digital 40G 7200RPM hard drive on it. When I powered it on last night, the LED on the motherboard lit up but the cooling fans (CPU, power supply, chassis ) were NOT turning. Hard drive was not running. I checked all connections. They were all OK. What will go wrong. Please help !!!

Your power connectors may be improperly connected or your power supply may be faulty. You should post this in the Motherboard/Chipset forum or the Hard drive forum for more feedback if this doesn't resolve your problem. Not too much traffic down here in this forum.
