Question NO Keyboard Detected!

I came home before and booted up my computer to have my keyboard not being detected. I know bare minimum about computers so I searched online and thought about replacing the CMOS battery, which I did. After that however, I’m stuck on the American Megatrends startup. It’s telling me to press F1 to run setup but i cannot because I have no Keyboard. What do I do?

It’s a USB keyboard, a RGB red Strafe, I don’t know why it wouldn’t work all of a sudden.
