no keyboard functions after updates

i3 American Megatrends

I run W8.1 6.3 9600 build Pro x64 on an SSD. I have the same setup on 2 PC's.

After the last updates only on 1 PC I've lost my keyboard functioning completely but the mouse works as it should.
I've tried 3 different keyboards all run on 1 PC not on the other?

Maybe Drivers corrupted although showing as OK but with a keyboard I'm lost!
