Question No Keyboard or Mouse Detected ON Bootup!

Hi all,

I have had this PC for 4 years, no issues, however, recently, computer would boot up to windows, but keyboard and mouse randomly stopped working, still powered on by USB. Tried a different keyboard, every single USB port etc, no luck. So I reset the CMOS. Now I am stuck at this screen, keyboard and mouse do not work. Anyone have any advice?
