Completely disable the license logging service on all
of your servers. It is not mandantory to run the service.
As long as your compliant you have nothing to worry
about.

Must I disable license logging service on PDC, BDC and domain member servers?
Note. Domain member servers has Windows 2000/2003 operating systems, on
Windows 2003 Server this service disabled already.

I would do it on all servers if I were you. It is
an un-necessary service using resources..
