Question No matter what I try, I can’t get audio to work

Hi everyone! Hope you’re well.

Recently, my audio has not been working at all in Windows 10, 64bit. Next to the sound icon, there’s a red X.

I’ve tried:

• Reseting Windows (fresh install)
• Updating all drivers w/ driver booster
• Install the audio driver for my laptop’s model

Could this be an internal problem? I don’t use this laptop as my primary setup, but I‘d like to sell it, and I can’t do that if the audio is busted. The speakers aren’t working, the 3.5mm audio jack isn’t working, so I don’t know what to do.
