No monitor signal no signal to keyboard and mouse HELP tried everything

Hello.
So my computer has gotten completely crazy, and i feel like a have tried almost everything.

as i wrote no monitor signal or usb

i have tried:
replacing motherboard, with a used one from ebay this cut also be broken but i dont think so.
replacing psu new one.
replacing cpu.
holding power button down with no cabble in for 30 sec.
connecting through motherboard without gpu.
reseting cmos with jumper and with battery taking out and in.

im testing only with cpu and ram connected through dvi
im not a complete dummy when it comes to hardware but this is insane i guess only ram or the used motherboard is bad.

my specs

gtx 1060
i7 2600k
msi b75ma-p45
corsair venganece 1600 mhz ddr3
psu corsair vs550

im getting desperate here so tired of this issue makes no sense i have read +20 and tried everything some please help !

I wouldn't power any system with a VS550 even if the world had that as the only PSU in existence. Have you tried working with your components while breadboarded?

just did no change i found out tho that im getting usb conecting with half the stic in if i put fully in it goes off very wierd thanks for anwser bdw
