Question No more audio on laptop

Hi there,


As of today, I have no audio on my laptop. The backpack that was carrying it fell out of the back of the car yesterday when I opened the trunk. Someone packed it badly. I don't know if that's what's causing the problem.

I want to try to rule out software issues.

I looked in the settings, I don't see anything that could cause the audio to not be working.
I tried running the troubleshooter, it says "Audio Services not responding" and that it was unable to fix the issue.



Laptop: Razor Stealth
4 cores, 8 threads, 2.8 ghz

Windows 11 (came with Windows 10)



Audio: Realtek Audio Codec with spatial sound

I want to try to rule out software issues

try reinstalling audio drivers.
should be available on Razor's specific product support page.

open Device Manager and provide a screenshot here.

but, i would guess it is a hardware problem caused by the blunt force trauma.
