So here are the problems I have.

First. I just finished building this system and all was going well. 2 SSD's, Scan Disk Ultra Plus's. 1 for OS and 1 for installs. All of a sudden the second one (installs) can no longer be picked up by either the BIOS or OS. I tried different SATA ports but nothing. I can plug other HDD's in and no problem. So I thought, dead drive. However I put it into the caddy of my case (Thermaltake Black Overseer RX-I) and bam! the computer sees it.
Any ideas?

Second. I have three computers here, 1 Vista and 2 Win 7. So when I done this build I thought I would roll over to Win 8 (got an upgrade real cheap) So I upgraded to Win 8 no worries however I can not access the Win 7 system through the network. Was working fine until the upgrade. Neither system has a firewall. Win 7 can access the Win 8 and Win 8 can access Vista. Just not 8 to 7. I keep getting Error code: 0x80070035 The network path was not found.
Very sporadically I can access 7 from 8 but very rarely.
All OS's are 64bit except Vista.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.
