Currently my CPU fan is extremely loud whenever the CPU reaches above 30 degrees C and that is a [censored] PITA. I believe this is due to the CPU Target temperature but in my BIOS I cannot set/Change this option, its not even there.
I'm using the GA-78LMT-USB3 Rev 6 Mobo, FX 8350 CPU with a wraith cooler.

Solution

If the CPU temp is fine (30C) and the fan is loud...it is a problem with the fan, and not the CPU temp.
Either the fan is dirty or it is failing.
Unfortunately if bios does not support that feature you are out of luck, unless there is an updated version available. However you might try cleaning and reapplying the thermal compound, clean the fan as well, or get another cooler

And that will help because? My temperatures are fine its just the noise thats annoying, I could ignore it but Im worrying it could impact the fans' lifespan if thats a thing.
