This is not first time it happened many times and usually on first boot and when i hit the reset button everything work perfectly. But now nothing seems to work. I turned on my PC all the fans started spinning motherboard indicator light is white. But there is output on my monitor and monitor says "no signal detected". So how can i fix this.

Specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 1500X
MOTHERBOARD: Asus Rog B350f
RAM: Adata XPG 8gb DDR4
GPU: GTX1050Ti
PSU: Corsair VS650
120GB SanDisk SSD for windows

Also my pc used to crash at oftentimes (BSOD), this is my first build (it's been a long time since i built this) so is there any incompatible hardware here?

Solution
That PSU is not the greatest choice but it should have been enough.
Since you don't have integrated graphics, the only way to see if the GPU is the problem, is to try it in a different PC.
If it works, then PSU is the problem. If not, RMA the GPU.

Because I'm having a ryzen 1500x it's doesn't have integrated graphics so my monitor is connected via display port to my graphics. I tried connecting with HDMI, i tried moving my gpu to second pcie slot, i tried moving my ram to different slots and still it's same.

Agree with testing the graphics card in another computer. If it works there, it's either your power supply or your motherboard. If the graphics card works in the test computer, pull the power supply from that computer and install it into yours with the graphics card. If it works, the problem is your power supply. If not, the problem is your motherboard.

Turn off your computer completely so that next time it starts it is from a cold boot. Then make sure the monitor is turned off and not just sleeping. Usually you can make sure it is turned of by pushing the monitor on/off button. Then push the monitor on/off switch first so that the monitor turns on before the PC. Then turn on the computer fast so that it turns on before the monitor have time to go back to sleep. Do this procedure help get it started?

I didn't try this but with this do you think something is wrong with the monitor?

"Long time" is a relative term. The Ryzen 1500X was released in April of 2017, so at most you are at 2.5 years old.

Hint: if you get a lot of BSODs, it's a good idea to find out what the problem is before something like this happens. As others have stated, the best thing to do now would be to try the video card in another computer. Second best would be to try another video card in this computer.

I'll need to check my gpu on my friend's pc tomorrow so I'll update you guys.
Btw i think this could be a gpu issue because earlier today I used Aida 64 and ran the stability test for more than an hour and it showed a hardware failure and it was GPU so i ran it again with GPU stress test only but then there was no issue.
Then next time i tried to boot and this happened. Also my graphics driver used to crash when i resume my COD Advance warfare game and windows shows that there isn't a graphics driver.
