Question No Output Issue on a new custom build

I recently purchased a new computer. After putting it all together I powered it on, everything turns on, but there is no digital output from the graphics card.

I'm using a Ryzen 7 2700x processor (no integrated graphics)
750W PSU
RTX 2080ti
Asus - STRIX B350-F Motherboard.

Asus usually doesn't have an Issue with motherboards, and since everything else works on it I would think it is fine. I moved the card to each of the other PCIe slots as well, same result. I did try another graphics card and it had the same result and I knew that that one for sure works. Am I missing something else? Or the the motherboard defective?

Would I have to put a different CPU in as a temp then?

A supported CPU, for updating the BIOS, or returning the board and buying instead a B450 one.

With the boot kit, would I need to worry about using a different processor? Or should I get a compatible processor to update the BIOS. Turns out my old processor won't fir the socket. I can get one from a friend probably.
