just bought a new rx 570 4gb asus expedition and i put it and and i get no output.

ryzen 3 2200g cpu
b450m d3sh motherboard
8gb ddr4 3000mhz ram
Artic Blue+ psu

tried all connections dont work, also when i plug it in a red light comes on then when the extra power cables go in it turns white but fans dont spin.
monitor is acer 230hl

so you are using dvi port on the gpu?

i put it in the top pci-e x16 slot and i tried hdmi and dvi
