Here's my current setup: P4 2.8C, 1gig of DDR3200, radeon 9700pro on SiS655TX.
It's been very stable and could probably go for another year with OC; the only thing that I'd like to upgrade is the video card for newer dx9 games. But if I were to spend $300 on an AGP card now, by the time I should upgrade the CPU AGP slots would be obsolete and I'll probably have to shell out more money for a PCI-E card...
Are there any 478 socket boards w/ PCI-E that are compatible with older P4s? All the ones I've seen are for Prescott only 🙁
