Question No post after power loose.

My pc has not been posting after my dad shut off the power. So before my dad had shut off the power in our apartment to do some work around housework. I thought fine because my system has been shut down since the night before. However, now my system will not post. All rgb and fans turned on but still no post. I’ve changed out the power supply I have tried plugging in my set up around different outlets and the problem still persists with rgb on the ram, cpu fan, and graphics card and fans all running but still no post.

Previous power supply: Rosewill hive 550 80+bronze Fully mod
Current psu: seasonic focus gm 650 80+gold semi mod
After changing the psu nothing had changed from the original all rgb and fans on but still no post
