I recently bought a new Graphics card Gigabyte GT 730 1gb ddr3 64bit because my previous gpu wasn't design for gaming. But the problems is when I plug the GPU into it's slot, my PC won't run, it not even enter the BIOS and also no Post beeps and no display at all. But the GPU fan and others cooler fan is spinning. At first, I suspect that my PSU can't support or don't have enough power to run it since it was an old PSU that came together with my PC. But after doing some researched, I notice that most people who facing this issues solved it by simply updating their BIOS, I already tried doing the same but doesn't worked. My previous graphics card was AMD HD 5450 which not design for gaming. When I Insert the old graphics card, the PC worked fine. I already removed all the previous gpu drivers before installing the new one.
Should I buy a new PSU? Please help me solved my problems.

Here is my pc specs:
-ATX480w PSU http://www.lelong.com.my/e-view-atx-480w-psu-ijan87-163858135-2015-06-Sale-P.htm
-Gigabyte GA-VM900m Motherboard
-3gb ddr2 ram
-Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit OS
-Intel(R) core(TM)2 CPU 4400@2.00Ghz

Solution
If The 730 is running in another system, there are two options left
First power supply, the 730 does need about 30W more than your other card and the psu just have 280W real power. It's really a bad power supply.

Second: Incompatibility to the motherboard
Because you tried the latest bios, there would be no chance running the 730 on it, because the bios doesn't recognize the 730

But I think because nothing happens after you push the power button, it's the power supply.
Did you try the AMD HD 5450 again ?

I brought my pc (with the gpu inside) to pc shops today and ask them to run a test (only run the test on my pc). But they said that the gpu is the one which causing my pc didn't run properly bcause it doesn't show any display plus they refuse to run a test in other system and I would assume that they think it would just wasting their time to do that. I buy a new Power supply anyway and new CMOS battery.
I also already contact the seller to replace the gpu with a new one and they agree. Will re-post the gpu back to seller this Monday and will receives the new one soon.

I'm back.. well according to Gigabyte warranty department, they tested the gpu and found no problem with it. So the only issue here is my Motherboard. It's very old and I gotta upgrade it... Thanks for helping and for the advice too!
