Hi all. I am refurbishing some hardware I have, which I know had no issue of working in the past.
Today I installed it in a new case with a new power supply. Throw the master switch and the green LED turns on, but then.. oh boy!

Hit the power button. Nothing. Hit the reset button. Nothing. Repeatedly hit the power button. Nothing. Flip around the PWR SW header. Nothing. Try doing something with a flathead screw driver. Nothing. No boot, no POST, no beeps.

take out all peripherals except fans and such, and a single stick of RAM.

no amount of CMOS resets can save me

using a Corsair CX750M 80+ Bronze Power Supply on an ASUS H81M-E/M51AD/DP_MB Motherboard.

PLEASE HELP. This build is for a friend.

UPDATE: Just checked the CPU socket, no bent pins.

Try that another power supply on the case. Try swaping out the components and the use RAM different slots. Trial and error is the only thing right now, this will allow you to find out the defective component. If it doesnt even light up the peripherals then it might be a defective motherboard.
