No post but power LED is on

Yesterday i plug out all the wire and component to clean out all the dust on the motherboard and fan.then i plugged in back like usual and all i get is black screen after i start. There is no beep that show post process. Only fan and power led is on.

My pc spec:
Mobo : asus h310m-k
Ram : 8gb ddr4 2400mhz
Cpu : i3-8100
Gpu : msi gtx 1050
Storage : 1tb hdd / 120gb ssd

Make and model of your PSU? You may want to see if removing the CMOS battery and replacing it after 15 mins brings the system back to life. You could then proceed to try and breadboard the system.

Psu : X-FIVE atx-500WH

I just tried remove the cmos battery and wait for 15 min then install it back. But still the same.

Its okey, all settled. A person just told me to clean the ram that in contact with mobo with pencil eraser and IT WORK!
