Question No post, fans spin. Usb ports don't work

Hello, my pc currently has no post. The case fans spin, the gpu fans spin and so does the cpu, but there is no image and none of the usb ports work, can this be fixed?

I've also tried messing around with the ram sticks, and the gpu was working fine in another build a few days ago. I just installed the mobo cpu and ram yesterday

Have you tried removing the GPU and using just the on board VGA to see if you get post display?

This make me feel very stupid. But I did not push the ram in further enough, and that was the issue....
