Question Which motherboard should I go with

I'm from Bangladesh so the prices aren't exactly the same as in the US.
The prices are from startech.com.bd. The prices are in BDT.

This PC will be mainly used for game dev work such as Blender, Substance Designer/ Painter/ Sampler, Godot/ Unreal and DaVinci Resolve.

MOBO - I have a few options that are basically the same price (max $20 difference)
