[SOLVED] No POST... graphics card or power supply?

I turned on my computer today and it's just a black screen. The GPU can will spin and then stop... spin and then stop over and over but nothing will show on screen. Lights and everything else turns on. I dont know if its a power supply issue or GPU issue and I dont have another power supply to test out.

B450 tomahawk
3600mhz trident z c16
Evga gtx 1080ftw
Generic 80+ white power supply. Yea kinda suspect lol.

But yea not sure if it's the power supply or graphi s card.

Enough said ---- get a quality PSU from a well-known manufacturer first, then see what problems, if any, remain.

Well i took out my GTX 1080 and plugged in my brother's GTX 1060 and still same black screen no signal to monitor. So i'm guessing I should buy a new power supply? Will this be good enough for my system?
