No post msi b350m gaming pro

So I just built a new ryzen gaming pc and it will not post unless you turn it on and the hit the reset button all the lights come on the mouse and keyboard come on but the screen won't work until you hit the reset button and I checked to make sure everything is plugged in and what not because after the reset it works fine

Spec are
Msi b350m gaming pro
Ryzen 5 1600x
Corsair h100i v2
Gskill 16gb (2x8) 2400
Msi gtx 1070
And an evga 600w psu

I have one ssd with windows 10 and then 2 1tb hard drives

Can someone plz help me
