no post new psu and mobo

my pc sudenly shut down and then 1 s fans spin and off it is again. i bought a new psu and mobo. psu 500w mobo Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-UD2H cpu amd x2 7850 athlon i suspect that cpu is fried i tried to asemble the pc on a board i tried ram in difrent slots and i went trough the tomshardware no post list still no luck.
