Question No post, no display, reboot loop

Recently upgraded my computer, but received the same outcome no matter what I do. PC boots, all fans and LEDs turn on and function, hard drives boot up, but no post and after roughly 5 seconds it turns off. However when I remove the ram, it posts as normal with 1 long and 2 short, even when I use different modules such as my 4gb, 8gb or 16gb modules

I have already tried:
Reseating CPU
Reseating RAM
Testing different RAM modules in each DIMM slot
Using on-board display output
Checked all wires
Checked for any damage to CPU socket

Specs:
ASUS Strix B360-g mobo
Intel i3-6100 0
Corsair VS450 PSU
16Gb 2666MHz HyperX fury ram (1 module)* I have also tested my old 4gb modules to no avail

Any ideas as to how I can solve this?

I stand corrected, i3 6100. Got mixed up with my old amd cpu
