Question No POST, No video, Boot light on MB.

New to the forum.
MSI 450 Gaming Plus Max
New AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core
G. Skill Ripjaws DDR4 3200 8GBx2
Asus w/o fans
OCZ ModXstream Pro 600w
win 10

Built this system 4 years ago and just replaced the CPU as that light was on with the boot light and I stupidly panicked.
Used your help to get the power to turn on with the switch but it still won't turn off or reset. Monitor says no signal. Boot light is on troubleshooting . Jumped the cmos, removed the battery for a few minutes. Tried on board graphics. Reset the Ram.

I dropped it at a friends to change out and test the GPU and the Ram. He had extras to use. Guess I'll know more tomorrow.
