Question No post or display from pc

This is sort of a continuation of a previous post.
My PC stopped booting a couple weeks ago. It turns on and all the mobo phase led's turn on but nothing on the display. I tried everything I can to fix it but nothing works. I may have well have just built a new PC.
Tried: different ram
New mobo
New CPU
Different GPU
3 different psu's

When I got the new mobo I assumed all would be fine but boy was I wrong. The exact same thing. I'm lost for words. There is nothing I can think of that can explain this. Please help.

Have you tried a different monitor or input on the monitor?

I have 2 different monitors and I have tried both. I have also used a cpu with onboard graphics and plugged into the motherboard but that didn't work either
