Question No post when the monitor is connected to the graphics card.

HI all,

So, have a computer here that will not post when the monitor is connected to the graphics card.
If I connect it to the M/B then it posts and boots fine, then I can swap the HDMI from M/B to the GPU and it works fine.
Tried updating BIOS, integrated graphics setting in BIOS is set to PEG.
Tried disabling integrated Graphics but no post, had to reset the CMOS.
Really at a loss here, just seems so odd I don't know where to start.

CPU: AMD 4600G
M/B: MSI A520M-A PRO
Memory: Corsair Vengence 3600Mhz
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3060

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age. What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

PSU: MSI A750GF
BIOS is 7C96v1G, the latest version.

Also now the VGA debug light is coming on which it wasn't before.
