My old PC spec:
- MB: Jetway RS780UVD AM2+
- CPU: AMD Phenom II x3 AM3
- RAM: Kingmax DDR2 2GB 800 + Kingmax DDR2 2GB 1066
- PSU: Acbel E2 470

This one didn't POST after a restart and I try everything I can think about but no use. So I decide to replace my PSU with the new Corsair VS450. But it still not POST.

Then, I buy the new MB: Asrock 960GC-GS FX AM3+. This is the new specs:
- MB: Asrock 960GC-GS FX AM3+
- CPU: AMD Phenom II x3 AM3
- RAM: Kingmax DDR2 2GB 800 + Kingmax DDR2 2GB 1066
- PSU: Corsair VS450

It won't POST. So I'm out of my mind. I did try:
1. Boot it with & without case
2. Boot it with only CPU
3. Boot it with CPU + FAN
4. Boot it with CPU + FAN + 1 RAM / 2 RAM
5. Clear CMOS, take out CMOS battery...

The results i got are all the same: no POST, no beep, no sign on monitor, its power led blink like is in standby mode and only FAN is spinning.

Can I get any help? Every answer is appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Yes, I did. But still no go.

Sadly but maybe it's right. I'm gonna go test it by now.

Update: The CPU is all good. So I decide to clean every part carefully. And it works. It seems like I left 1 or 2 part unclean.

BTW, thanks @quazzi and @Phillip for helping me. I'm very appreciate that. :3
