Question No post.

Hey people.

So I bought a ryzen 3 3200g to go in my gigabyte A320M S2H rev 1.1 (bios 52f), install went smooth, no issues, but there isn't any post.

Power is getting to the board I. E. fans and and hard drive starting up, but no visuals, no post.

Any ideas? I'm thinking it's a faulty cpu at the moment.

Also I have gone through the usual no post stuff, take out RAM, GPU, HD, still no post.

Did you update the BIOS yourself? If so, did you follow the instructions where it says, ''Note: Before update BIOS to F40 or later version, make sure you have prior updated to F32. '' Also, I noticed the 52f BIOS must of been a beta BIOS and is no longer listed.

Hey bud, the mobo came pre flashed to f52, I saw it on the compatability for the mobo at the time so I thought it would have been alright

Are you using a HDMI or DVI-D port? Have you tried using a different cable?

I haven't no, is that usually an issue with no post?

If there is no display at all then yes, it could be a faulty cable. Do you have a little speaker on the motherboard that gives out beep codes? (which can also help diagnose the issue.)
