Are you using all original modular PSU cables?
You can not use modular cables from a different model PSU.

Check PSU power switch. You may have turned it off.
Check power cable from PSU to wall.

Check cable from case power on switch to motherboard.
The cable may have dislodged.
Try starting your pc by bridging power_on contacts on motherboard.

Disconnect all drives and front panel connectors - USB, USB3, Audio.
Yes all cables are the one that came with the psu.
Power switch is on and ive tried various wall mounts.
Disconnected all front panel connectors and it doesn't turn on.

The only thing that I haven't tried is clearing CMOS .
In general I believe the motherboard is faulty . I've tried my old psu and it doesn't turn on either so it's definitely not a psu problem.
I don't know what else to do, I'll take the desktop tomorrow to a technician to tell me if something is broken so I can request a refund. All these parts are 1 day old I bought them yesterday and the PC doesn't turn on.
