No power to any peripherals

Hey everyone, so I recently got a new PSU and Mobo and hooked everything up. When I turn the pc on everything spins up, all the LED's come on etc.

However I am getting no sign of life in my peripherals, monitor or USB.

I re seated my GPU, CPU and RAM. Double checked my 8pin EPS and nothing.

If anyone could help me out then it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Specs:
CPU: AMD 6300
GPU: Radeon 6670
Motherboard: MSI 970
16 GB of RAM
