Question No response from power button after opening case?

I tried to install a new SSD but realised I was missing the screw to mount it, so I removed it again. Making space for it required removing both my graphics card and wireless card from the motherboard. After putting everything back in place and reattaching the power cable, pressing the power on button does nothing. I have an ASUS Z270P motherboard, and there is a solid orange light in both GPU slots. Picture for reference:

always possible that you knocked/pulled the power button cable loose or off of the motherboard.

there is a solid orange light in both GPU slots

read the motherboard manual for what these lights may be related to.
