No room on motherboard for case fan

Hi all. I'm in the process of my pc build and the motherboard I have is an Asus A55M-E. The PSU I have is an Enermax Naxn 550w. The PSU has a 3 pin connector for the fan which I connected near the CPU fan slot, but now there is no more room for another 3pin connector which my case fan has. Does anyone know where I can plug it into on my mobo? Thanks.

You should not have anything connecting the PSU to the motherboard with a 3-pin.

Also, that PSU is low quality and I would return it for a XFX, Corsair, Seasonic, Antec unit.

No it has 3 slots on the connector and it came from the PSU. I tried powering it on without plugging that cable in, but the PSU fan did not spin. Everything else works fine..

I have never heard of a PSU fan needing to be plugged in. i would return that junk and get a quality unit before it fails and takes out your entire computer.

I have NEVER seen one that needed it EVER. ALL PSUs have self powered fans. And I looked at that PSU and it doesn't have that. Are you sure that it comes from the PSU? Can you post a picture of the connector?

Well it is exactly a 3 pin black connector. Don't have a camera at me atm but just picture a 3 pin black connector with 3 black cables coming out from the PSU. When I boot to bios its fine, but the PSU fan isn't spinning.

Neither of those. It looks like the middle cable in this pic:

You are 100% sure it comes from the PSU, because it DOESN'T have hone of those. Those are case fan cables.

100%. I got this used off craigslist, so I'm thinking maybe the cable plugs some where in the PSU itself?

Ditch that thing. That PSU IS NOT supposed to have a cable. What happened is someone had that PSU, then it died. They replaced the FAN with a cheap-o case fan that requires you to plug it in and sold it so some sucker(you).

Sorry, that PSU will likely fry your entire computer. It is LOW quality AND someone ditched it on craigslist.

Buy a quality unit.

Ok so it looks like the seller did rewire in a seperate fan, but besides that the PSU is working well. I got it for $20 and I really can afford a new PSU. My question is will it still work besides the fact that it has a new fan? I heard from a lot of people that Enermax is an ok brand. This isn't powering an i5 or anything.

An i5 uses LESS power than your CPU more than likely.

It should work for the time being if you accept the risk.

Ok so that's what I did. I found out that's its not all that bad and that it is a tier two class B unit. Anyways my question is now that slot is used up on the mobo, I have zero slots left. I have one 3 pin case fan. I guess it will be of no use, so I'm going to buy a 4 pin case fan. Can you link me to the cheapest 4 pin molex fan on amazon? Thanks.

A PSU with no fan spinning will barely last a few minutes when you do anything stressing on the PC like gaming.

IF you are talking about the case fan not spinning, do you have pother fans in the case? If so where and intake or exhaust? Generally leaving a side panel off is a bad idea and make airflow worse and components don't get any cooler.
