Im going to disconnect all the cables and redo them, ill tell u what happens

Ok. Take into account also that messing too much with the components might damage them.
An option would be buying a case speaker http://images17.newegg.com/is/image/newegg/12-201-032-TS?$S300W$ (it's cheap), connecting it to the board and checking if any beeps when starting the board without RAMs.

Are you able to boot without the R9 280X plugged in? I've read another post where a user isn't getting any display with the R9 280X.. makes me think it's a common problem...

If you can, boot without the graphics card in, load into the BIOS and change the graphics configuration to 'PEG' or PCI-e Graphics.

The FX 6300 has no built in graphics. So he must use a card.

I would try using a differant HDMI cable your could be bad then try a differant connection from their, VGA , DVI

How do you suppose he boots into BIOS and makes any changes without having a display LOL!!!!!!!!!
