No screen no post

Does your motherboard light shine ? Can you see it ? If not, remove the side cover and then look at it. Make sure the computer's PSU is connected to the wall socket.

You can also connect your monitor to the onboard VGA output. Be sure to make changes on the motherboard to allow you to use onboard graphics.

If you have display on the monitor, then you revert the changes back to use the separate graphics card HD5770.

I have the same mobo M4N78PRO and a similar problem. black screen no post beep no Bios.
Just bought a new case for it and all the fans run including the one on my graphic card (8800GTS) and my CPU fan too.
On my previous case i had to hold down the reset button for 30 seconds from my Graphics card to stop making noise and start the Bios. Same here but i do not know if the reset button is operating properly. The light on the Mobo is on and active.
I have upgraded my PSU too from 580W to modular 700W.
The rest of the set up is the same AMD 6000+ 3.2 GHZ and 4GB DDR2 ram.
The on board will do the same black screen no post beep or joy.
Running out of options.
