no screen output yet everything seems okay

hey guys
the problem is i see a black screen no output at all to the monitor yet the monitor does not display no signal
i press the power button and the system boats i can hear the beep sound
and when i press num lock in the keyboard the led responed

i thought the hdmi port in my gpu is broken so i tried to remove the whole gpu and remove the battary from the motherboard just to reset the motherboard connect the hdmi to the motherboard directly yet i get the same results

btw i tried my hdmi on the laptop

my bother said that the computer restarted on its own while he was using it and this problem have occured after the restart

How many beeps do you hear, is there a pattern?

cpu and gpu are intell i5 4460k, zotac gtx 770

Ok time to start taking things apart. One beep indicates CMOS error, pull the battery again, disconnect everything except the CPU and Fan, 1 stick of memory, and plug the monitor into the motherboard and see what happens.

IF the beep is non stop, then its a memory error, make sure the memory is installed correctly, then try swapping sticks (if you have more than 1 stick of ram).

Very strange. I would double check all connections anyway, and make sure your ram is fully seated.
