No screen problem

When I power on my laptop, then turn the camera light on, the screen display after 20 seconds wil sometimes boot up windows and many times display light is on, but the screen is black. What is it's problem? Please help me to solve this problem.

Please do run these troubleshooting steps that may help to identify the problem.
- First is to connect an external monitor on your laptop and observe if the same problem will happen on it.
- If the screen will stay on the external monitor then the problem would be the built in display.
- If the same problem happens on the external display that could be a software problem being the display driver.
- Try to do a clean install the graphics card driver that may help.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver.
- Check Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to your GPU.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver from the manufacturers site.
- After the reboot do observe it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- Last option would be to reinstall Windows if all these steps will not work.
