[SOLVED] No shortcut icon on gta 5

Hei just downloaded gta 5 and i didnt get any shortcut icon. I installed the game on a d drive if that helps. But i really dont know how to fix this

Where did you get the game from? Im sure through Steam there is an option to make a shortcut. During intall Steam always asks to create a desktop shortcut. If via Uplay there should be an option but I've never used it so not sure.

Can always locate the game exe and right click -> shortcut to desktop that way.

I installed it from steam and i did get shortcut but it dosent have the gta 5 icon

Does it work though? Coz you can change the icon picture.

Right click the shortcut and go properties. Should be an icon option to change. Navigate to gta5 folder and choose a file that has an icon you like.
