I disabled my motherboards onboard graphics via device manager on windows by accident and when I restarted my pc,it did not boot(no signal on monitor). All my fans are working fine.Normally you would unplug the HDD and and leave only one stick of ram and the cpu, then you would remove and replace the the CMOS battery in order to re enable the onboard graphics ,it did not work . I called my mobo manufacturer explaining my situation, turns out they have no other way of helping me out if CMOS clear does not work.So I was thinking if I were to replace the mobo with a new mobo of the exact same model, will my computer boot(with the same cpu,ram and HDD)as the onboard graphics on that mobo are enabled?

specs
MOBO: GA-F2A68HM-HD2
CPU: AMD a8 series

The keyboard is working on my laptop.I think the Keyboard is not working because the computer is not booting.

Im thinking there is nothing wrong with the bios at all.I know for sure the on-board graphics are disabled via device manager and the only way for me to enable it again is to connect a external GPU and run the graphics off that. I've connected my Rx 460 before and it did not work, maybe because my bios is not up to date to be able to run the GPU. So I'm going to a use a "e-Geforce 7900 GT KO" which is a fairly old card and use it in my MOBO in order to enter device manager again and enable my on-board graphics.Do you think this will work?

I'm saying there is nothing wrong with my bios because i have disabled my onboard graphics before via BIOS settings, when it didnt boot to bios options i simply just removed and replaced the CMOS battery to revert back to old BIOS settings and it would work. Now that ive deisabled the onboard using device manager, clearing CMOs did not help as it only clears the BIOS and not device manger settings.
