[SOLVED] No signal after motherboard update

So i've been using my pc for 2 days and decided to do an update to my motherboard. I went onto the asus motherboard update drivers and installed the audio one for the prime z-390 A which is the one i have and after the install it asked for a reboot and now my pc turns on but theres no signal on my monitor

Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute).
