No signal after updating windows 10 build number 1803

After updating to the latest version of windows and intel hd graphics. My pc turns on but I got no signal on my monitor.

Pc specs
i7 4770k
evga clc 120
gigabyte ga-z87-d3hp
evga gtx 1050 ssc
antec 630 gold rated power supply

I can't get into the bios.

If you don't see picture i BIOS than it has nothing to do with windows and updating. Try to reset CMOS/BIOS.

I did try that out but I think its my graphics card because I removed it from the system and it posted. Once I reinstalled it then it started to boot loop.

That's driver issue.

Boot into safe mode and remove the GPU drivers/software.
