[SOLVED] No signal after windows repair screen

Hey I have AMD1600, Ram 16gb, GPU R9 280x
I was facing artifacts issue from sometime, but now while using pc out of sudden it showed white screen with and black horizontal line, after restarting it showed windows Automatically repair screen but while doing repair it shows "no signal", from repair menu I can open cmd and works fine. So I connected ssd to another laptop which is working fine. Please suggest what has gome bad

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Try another known working video cable.

Try your monitor on another known working computer.

Try another known working monitor on your computer.

Determine if the problem stays with the computer or follows the monitor.

Manually download GPU drivers via the manufacturer's website. Reinstall and reconfigure.
