No signal for display. No operating system.

I have no OS installed yet. When I first boot up the computer using a HDMI, or DVI cable... the monitor says no signal.

Would it be the graphic's card display port or the motherboards?

Any ideas what the problem could be?

Sounds to me like a graphics problem. Are you using a dedicated card, or integrated graphics? Can you try the integrated graphics, or another card, and see if it makes a difference? Also, if using them, have you made sure that your processor supports integrated graphics?
