No signal from desktop to monitor!

I finally got my desktop to turn on by changing the case and motherboard, but now the hdmi cable isn't getting a signal to my monitor. Does anybody know a solution?

MSI Gaming mobo with a gtx 950 and a TT 430 power supply. There is no dedicated gpu.

Is the monitor plugged into it?
